Default 95 4.3 intoa 99 4.3

hi im new too the site and looked up what i could and i couldnt get a deff. answer to my question . i have a 95 blazer with a almost brand new engine but the frame is rotting and wont pass inspection and i have a 99 blazer with a blown motor and a great body and frame can i do a full swap into the 99 if i use the ecu and motor and tranny and transfer case please help me b/c i dont wnat too scrap botht he balzers if i can make a good one out of the both hate too do that too a chevy thank you very much

The short answer is no. The long answer is it's not even worth the trouble. You would have to swap EVERYTHING. Dash, wiring harness, all of it. There is too much integration between the various other systems and the PCM in the 1998+ trucks that make going backwards a pain and not worth the trouble.
