Just went and checked out a 95 blazer was bagged. As I can hear its running decent seems to be running rich . Did not have then air box and filter.was just an open hose coming off the plentum ....could that make it run rich.? He put a new fuel pump in but said he cannot get a clip on the fuel pump where it mounts in the tank???....

 

Anyone deal with the not wanting to start. Running rich and loss of power????!!
