Default 95 blazer ls problems

pretty sure my cat might be going or something else. story is when i go to accelerate randomly the car truck will like bog down and putter out the exhaust and have no power what so ever, then my check engine light will come on.

on the highway after a while blue smoke will be coming out of the exhaust pretty bad. i know that a sign of burning oil

any clues?

truck has 175k not sure if the engine was replaced yet
