Default 95 Chevy blazer starts after like 10 cranks

I crank it, it starts of as if it's not getting gas, then after a 3rd or 4th crank it reacts as fuel has reached but won't start. After bout ten try it finally would start throughly and stay running with good idle etc. If I turn it off and let it sit for a second it starts right up. But then if I let it sit for over an hour it goes right back to not starting.

You have a fuel leak. You can test fuel pressure at the motor and then again at the fuel filter to determine where the leak is occurring. Testing at the engine lets you know that the fuel pressure is actually bleeding off and testing at the filter eliminates the engine side of the fuel system leaving just the check valve in the pump.

On the CPI engines, the most likely culprit is the FPR followed closely by a toss up between the 'nut kit' (fuel lines internal to the intake) and the check valve in the fuel pump assembly.

How well does it start if you turn the key to the run position, wait for the pump to shutoff, turn the key to the off position, and repeat a few times?

I tried a few ways of getting it to start,

But once it starts and stays on I can turn it off and it will turn on ok.

no fuel leak

What was the pressure? How long did it hold that pressure?

So how have you determined that there is no fuel leak?? You need a fuel pressure gauge to test fuel pressure.

Default Update

Starter reads low cranking amps
o2 sensor reads low voltage

it starts up with starter fluid and stays running but when i shut it off and let it sit for 10 minutes or so it won't start right up unless ui put starter fluid.
