names ryan i really need help was trying to replace my EDI distributor, thus meaning i had to rotate crankshaft but it will only turn 1 revolution to the right and the same to the left. then it HARD stops and not all valves are lifting a friend told me its a bent valve another sai its your pistons i think its the latter. and i had a OEM valve spring compressor from autozone its the kind that you use while the cylinder is still in the engine but the keepers must be stuck because none of them are relasing and iv tried hitting the tops with a rubber hammer to unstick them nothing is working any advice? and if this doesnt work can i remove my cylinder heads WITHOUT removing the valves? thanks ryan

You definitely can remove the heads without removing the valves. In fact, this is the preferred method.
BTW, welcome to the forum. I am moving this thread into the Engine & Transmission section.
