Looking for some help with this 1351 code, the problem is some what interrmitent. Haven't linked to weather ect. Acts up pretty much when it wants. Engine cranks but won't start. Then all of a sudden it starts. Runs good for a week ect, then won't start. I have replace icm with new ac delco. terminals were worn/spread open in plug and I replaced all of them with new. I am a truck mechanic with a snap on modis. I have power and ground to ICM . Continuity from ICM to coil on wht/blk wire. Testing to VCM and schematic shows wht wire 9 C3 (gry) . On VCM there is red, blue, white and black. And a 5 pin gray plug with only 2 white wires in it. By location i think the wire is in pin 9, connector 3, which is gray. But the gray connector only has 5 pins. Right now it won't start. Do the VCM's go bad? I've looked over harness and don't see any visible rubbed thru spots. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
