Default 97 blazer 4l60e need help

Hi all, in need of some help here I have a 97 s10 blazer that is like my first ex-wife looks awesome but is driving me crazy! LOL
I've had it now for a year and have only been able to drive it for a month. I drove it to IA from MN got half way and tranny spit fluid out the over flow tube and I lost all gears, got back to MN pulled tranny and motor, found spun bearings and replaced, half way to IA again same scenerio. This time found the torque converter stuck and front seal bad, replaced, drove for a few weeks then spit fluid out again dropped pan and found burnt wire harness and solenoids, replaced. a week later tranny burnt up with a nasty rattling sound. I bought a junkyard tranny installed and after a few minutes the nasty rattl sound was back, I noticed I was still a little low on fluid, then brake line blew out! does anyone have knowledge of tranny issue like this? and/or resolution? I spent 10 years as a GM mechanic (but not on tranny's) so can do there work just not sure where to begin, thanks for any help.

Fluid pushing out the vent and/or dip stick tube is indicative of a plugged up transmission cooler. If you haven't flushed out the cooler (or just replaced it with an external aftermarket cooler), I would suggest doing so.

The rattling noise could be caused by pump damage during the installation. If the torque converter were not fully seated into the pump, it will damage the pump when the trans is drawn up tight against the back of the engine.
