97 blazer 4x4 leaking coolant under engine

Default 97 blazer 4x4 leaking coolant under engine

hey everyone! im new here soo be easy on me!

okay so heres the problem.
i have a 97 blazer 4x4 and i have a coolant leak under the the engine, coming from the bottom plate. i have not a clue where its leaking from. it leaks while im driving and after i park and turn the vehicle off. after it cools off for a while it stops leaking. any idea what it could be?

any help will appreciated!

My radiator had a pretty good leak coming from between the driver side tank and core. Only leaked when I first shut it off.

When you say "front plate" what exactly do you mean? If it's the skid plate, take it off and see where it's actually leaking from. Or look under the hood.

its leaking from the plate thats under the cab. looks like its between the engine and tranny.

IF its between the engine and tranny it might be the lower intake manifold gasket but you need to look from the top till you can see where its coming from because it could also be freeze plugs or heater core hose
