My Blazer is a 99 and all was working well, until it was not. Would not engage and move the vehicle. Purchased the two shift solenoids and installed, and it took care of my problem. Ordered on amazon. good luck on it.

 

Thanks a lot sorry for late reply yeah i spoke with the mechanic he told me an old man that specializes in the transmission area was gonna check things out i did mention the solanoids and wiring.

 

do you remember wich 2 solanoids? if i order the deluxe master transmission rebuild kit it does come with 3 solanoids 2 shifting solanoids and 1 other can't remember what that one did, thanks for your reply.

 

Master kits do not come with electronics. The two shifts Solenoids are the same. GM#24230298 The other solenoid is a 3-2 coast down solenoid GM#24212327

yeah the kit listed on rockauto does come with the same 2 shifting solanoids and then a pressure control solanoid maybe would be better to get just all the solanoids and skip the rebuild kit?
