Default 99 Blazer Has lots of problems PLEASE HELP

Hey everyone, im new to this forum! Decided to join because ive been getting lots of problems with my 99 blazer 4WD LT package Automatic w the 4.3L V6. Sorry dont really know what info to post so will just continue with my problems.

So i ended up getting this blazer given to me, needs alot of work. I have already replaced parking brake shoes but need help with the bracket that holds them in place, the bolt head snapped off, would i be okay to weld it and just use it like that or is there another way?

Also i have recently drained my cooling system and was recommended to put in so ****ty dexcool which i have had nothing but problems with. After the switch my coolant decided to freeze up over the winter, i ran the truck without knowing and now its been nothing but problems... i keep getting white smoke out of my intake, i have filled up my rad with about 2 full bottles of coolant and still keeps over heating. also my heater doesnt work, only blows cold air that kinda smells like coolant... the thing that makes no sense to me is that my coolant resevoir is full but it wont fill up my radiator?? why not??

a couple of other problems.

i cannot use my 4x4... my vaccuum works and i can hear a click when i press it, but it doesnt engage. what is the problem with this???

i also had a ton of water in my reverse bulb in my taillight, replaced bulb, took new one out because bulb still wouldnt light up and saw corroded terminals but how can i fix this?

also have my abs light on and a bad wheel bearing, dont know how to tell which side is bad and dont really want to have to take both apart

Thanks for all the help will probably edit this post with more problems i get

help

First thing you to do is fix the leaking intake manifold gasket

Check if one of your wheel bearings are loose. Jack up the front, grab 12 and 6 oclock and have someone look to see if the cv axle moves up and down and you feel play

Are you sure its the intake manifold gasket? I dont want to tear it all apart only to have to put it back together for no reason, i am not getting any milky oil or dirty coolant, plus no leaks on the block, any way to check?
