so im thinking about adding my 4.3l engine with a Vortex to it but I'm still trying to figure it out has anyone added the vortex on there blazer before yet?

 

Huh? I'm confused! Please elaborate on what you mean by "adding a vortex"

 

I didn't have to add a vortex to my blazer, it came factory installed.



Every time I get a little extra cash in my pocket it finds a way to make
me spend it on parts.

 

yeah sorry about that i meant an aftermarket vortec in to mines to give it a little more for the fuel mines had a swap engine when I bought it and there still is a lot of vacuum tubes not connected or missing parts dont wanna sell it but it could be a money pit as im lookin at now

The only vortec that we care about is the intake manifold on the Vortec engines, and they can't just be added to another engine.

 

maybe he means vortech, as in the supercharger company?

First things first. Before even contemplating adding a supercharger, fix those issues and see what a difference it makes with the engine operation.

 

yes just started findin a dude to check the engine for me sed my engine is crap but the plus side i can add headers as im buyin the parts on the way mite even have to rebuild it but il let yall guys know more info abut the supercharge parts wen i get ths done
