Default Advice on replacing injectors

I have found a new set of delphi injectors for $120. Should I buy them or do I need to purchase the entire spider assembly when I'm replacing the injectors?

Your vehicle originally had poppet injectors. Many have already been upgraded to MPFI found in 2003 up, which are better design. Injectors for one won't work in the other. Most people just buy the entire MPFI spider when replacing injectors.

Ok the ones I need for the upgrade are around $220. There is also a reference to a bracket and pigtail. That would put me at well over $300 in parts.
I'm considering just pulling the injectors with bracket, pigtail and all from an 04 at the scrap yard for around $60.
What do y'all think?

Not really sure the reason why you are replacing the injectors. Just trying to do an upgrade? I personally wouldn't upgrade with used parts. The $220 kit should come with everything that you need. Best wishes.

Yes, with the new bracket which is sold separately. Did mine week before last and man, what a difference. Totally worth it.
