Default Air or Spark?!?!?!

Ok guys I've officially drove myself crazy with this problem that no one on the face of the earth seems to be able to help me with. Im in dire need for help!!! I still have the hard start first thing in the morning where it takes forever to finally fire up. I also have a problem that is like backfiring through the throttle body at certain acceleration points, like im pulling a boat. It will do this if to much acceleration is given and wont stop until I let off. I thought it was fuel related but in the past week I've replaced the pump, filter and regulator. Im under the assumption that you need three things for a car to crank, fuel, fire and air! Ive now eliminated fuel. Im leaning more toward fire at this point. Would an ignition coil be causing this? Here is a list of things I've done in the past month. New distributor, cap, rotor, pick up coil,ECM,regulator, ignition control module, fuel pump, filter and regulator and map sensor. Ive also changed plugs twice in the past year along with wires. Ive also done a thorough check on all vacuum lines. Im pulling my hair out as I speak so any reply is appreciated.

It might be time to put it on an engine analyzer that might be able to pin point exactly what is wrong rather than throwing parts at it.

I had an intermittent problem with my 91. Under the carpet, in between the gas and the brake pedal, right where some drivers place their heel, is a small bundle of wires that go to the fuel pump and sending unit. The insulation rubs off the pump + wire and shorts it on the floor pan. Varying heel pressure from idle to wide open throttle causes the exposed wire to make and break contact with the floor pan. Just a little time to pull up the carpet an examine those wires may do the trick.

Will an engine analyzer work on my truck? All my wires are hidden well,I just completely redone the whole vehicle including ripping out everything in the interior and rewiring. I beleive that the ignition coil is the culprit seeing how everything else is brand new. My thinking at this point is that it's something that the ECM doesnt read trouble codes on such as the coil or fuel pump etc.. Reason being is because it will not flash a code and I've had it on a computer several times and it keeps saying its fine.

I've always tested my ignition coils with an ohm meter. How many pins are on the connector determine where to measure resistance. Usually ignition coils either work or they don't.

Oh it works. I've been driving the crap out of it. I think its in the beginning stages of failure.
