RRiddle3. Can i take this thing on a 5,000 mile trip? i have the check engine light, a rear differential drip continuing after i had the pinion seal replaced, and abs lights that are on for a few days, then off, then on again if i hit a bump? i mean, would you be afraid to take it from NV to MN and back?

ok , well, yes, i suppose that last post was a bit personal and direct. but, still, when you are not used to "car" problems, all this seems a bit overwhelming. number of days owned = 7: number of problems reported = 7.
a few days ago it threw 2 different o2 codes, but they were dropped after mechanic changed the timing just a little bit, and cleaned some mass air flow sensor. no codes. now will these codes go away after "tests" or do i replace the sensors or just drive it?

Hate to be the one to say it, but, while O2 problems are definitely inconvenient, they are actually both common and mild issues to have on a car. Besides the differential seal, which would drive me crazy, this is pretty minor stuff.
The codes you have indicate a malfunction in the right and left number one oxygen sensors. I would guess these are precat sensors, but I don't know a lot about these cars so don't take my word for it. Check the wiring from each sensor to the harness and look for exposed or broken wires. Oxygen sensors also go out, and that's not uncommon at all. In general, they're easy to replace with PbBlast and an oxygen sensor wrench, which can be acquired at harbor freight or online for cheap. O2 sensors are generally between $30 and $50 a piece depending on the car.
If the codes are gone now, I would just drive it. Even if they come back, they probably aren't going to immediately damage your engine. Here in SoCal, people drive with bad O2 sensors ALL THE TIME! lol.
As for the ABS, check the wiring for the braking system. These wires will run from the brakes back to a module somewhere, but when these wires are crossed or some in close proximity to high voltage wired, such as spark plug wires, they can often set off a ABS light. That would be lucky, but it's a start. Since it flickers on and off, it's a good guess, too. Might also be a partially broken wire, too.

I`m having a problem with my 2001 Blazer 4.6 V6 4WD 4 door ls.I have the service engine light on.I tried to get it scanned at 2 different auto part stores they both tell me that the scanner won`t link up ?
Also it`s now running a little rough. I`m not sure what to check ?
