intake gasket for sure.
mine was not smoking, not smelling and it burnt coolant.

had a little bit of coolant in the oil, ran it like that for 1 week and now in winter (-5 to -20celcius) it knocks for the first 30sec after start-up so dont wait and get it fixed !

costed me about 500$cnd if i remember right using the updated felpro gasket kit.

 

I had them replaced in 2009 and I had Felpros used. There was no coolant in the oil at all when I changed it last week. I did find a slightly above average level of metallic stuff on the magnetic plug, but that could be from the shorter trips and more startups. No shavings in the oil.

I will replace the cap today and see how that goes.
