Arching Issue

i have a 2000 chevy blazer 4.3 vortec i am at wit ends trying to solve my problem, my problem is as follows started hearing a clicking noise like a clicking arching sound around or near the coil so waited till dark to look for arching & sure enough i seen the plug wires arching inside them wires a blue arch with throttle they light up a bit more has a little mis with the arching the wires plugs cap & rotary were already new so i replace them all again along with a new Coil & even upgraded to a better set of wires my problem is still there i cant get rid of it please help my own mechanic is bum puzzled
