Default b1s2 o2 fuel trim 99,06 % ALWAYS in AE

I have never looked anything in to this as I read in the AE manual that these values could be this way, if the AE OBDII reader didn't record them, but that didn't meen that there was anything wrong.

Is this true or fals on a 1995 4.3 Blazer? Could the values alway show
b1s2 o2 fuel trim 99,06 % witout there being any problems?

B1S2 is the pre-cat sensor. A FT reading for this sensor is erroneous information since this sensor is not used for engine management, but rather is only used for catalyst monitoring.
