Default Bad Gas Milleage and Studder

Where do I start?!? This issue has been ongoing for 2 years now. I have a 99 Blazer that I paid $3000. I have about $7000 in it now. It started with a misfire issue. I was getting a code. After the motor and transmission was replaced I focused on the code issue. I replaced the cap, roter, plugs, wires, and then the roter gear and the code went away. But, I still had the studder and bad gas milleage. I took it in to check fuel pressure and it was low. So I replaced the fuel pump 3 times. Same issue. So I had the fuel pressure regulator changed. Still the same problem. It also feels like the truck has a big power loss. I think it is still a fuel pressure issue but I don't know what else to check. I have taken it to several different mechanics that want to throw expensive fixes at it and it doesn't fix it. Please help!!!!!!!!!
