Before I start tearing into the motor.

RE: Before I start tearing into the motor.
MAJOR PROBLEM!!!!!
I just drained my oil and it was a sludgy greenish brown....
Last time I checked it was last Wednesday and I just checked it with the dipstick and it was good. Could it have been bad this whole time or could it have just done this now?
What do I do now?

Check your rad fluid and see what it looks like?
Typically if you drive with anti-freeze in the oil it will turn white/brown.
Sounds like you may have had some anti-freee in the catch container and it floated to the top when the oil was put in it.

Hanr... There is no antifreeze to check. I went and drained the oil to make sure there was no antifreeze in it and the greenish/brown sludge was what came out.

RE: Before I start tearing into the motor.
Started taking the motor apart today... I've got it down to the heads and can't figure out how to get the headbolts that are under the exhaust out. I took the manifold bolts out but there isn't enough room to get to the headbolts. I tried to loosen the bolts where it connects to the rest of the exhaust but they wouldn't budge.
So I have the intake completely clean and all the gaskets changed on it. I'm just waiting on a way to get to the exhaust side headbolts.

Get some PBlaster from your local auto parts store and spray the bolts holding the header to the rest of the exhaust system. Let that sit overnight......... The next day get a breaker bar, pipe, wrench around a 1/2 rachet, impact, whatever you need to break those bad boys loose. You don't NEED to remove the header, only loosen those bolts to move it over to get access to the lower head bolts. I just did this job myself....

Yeah I changed the intake gasketsand headgaskets....
It's all back together except the manifolds to the exhaust, the fan and shroud and the airbox.
I had it running last night for 20-30min and never overheated or even reached 210. Actually went to the halfway mark between 100 and 210 and just went up onemark and back down.
