Exclamation Blazer stalling after warmed up. Tried EVERYTHING!

Hello Blazer family. I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer 4.3 vortec. I'm having a problem where after the vehicle is warm ( 180 degrees-ish) *it tries to stall and the engine bogs down shaking the whole truck as I try to accelerate. Once I get it moving it runs no problem, happens from a stop or going slow up an incline. I've changed the fuel filter, TPS (2 times), and the O2 sensors. *It's had plugs in the last 30,000 miles and the wires look alright. It's weird because it only happens when the engine is warmed up?! Im a pretty knowledgable guy but any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
