Blazer torque converter problems

My service engine light came on and code said "TCC solenoid." Still having same issue after replacement. Runs fine until put in gear, idles up and down and lunges and will kill the engine when in gear.

Solenoid is stuck on so it's like a manual transmission without a clutch.
