Default Blazers starting issues after sitting for a couple minutes after a drive.

Blazer starts completely fine when cold (don’t even have to cycle the key) but after sitting for about 3 minutes after a drive, it only cranks unless you cycle the key twice or let it sit at least 30 minutes. Went and checked the fuel pressure. It seems fine (shoots to 60 psi and then settles at 55). Checked the battery with a load tester and it tested good. Maybe there’s just a lot of resistance on a ground somewhere when hot and cranking and it’s not getting enough voltage to injectors? Because it does seem to start every time I use starting fluid. It also seems to always start if I just use a jumper pack. Any help? Been a little bit confusing

Whats the battery voltage during cranking at the terminals with no jumper pack?

Whats the fuel pressure at the schrader during cranking?

It seems to stay around 11.25v while cranking. Did see it hit like 10.5 for just a second once. The fuel pressure stays at 50-55.

What brand is the fuel pump?

11.25v while cranking without a jumper pack? That’s high. Pull the ICM connector and crank it for two seconds and tell me what the voltage is at the battery.
