Default Bravada shuts off when idling

Hello all, I need help. 2000 Bravada. I just replaced the fuel pump, filter, and injector. as well as all of the brake pads and rotors. The car ran great for about four days, then I was in a drive through at idle and the car just shut off. Since then about half the time once the car has idled for about a minute it will shut off, and at random timed while driving the rpm gauge will drop by about 250 and I lose thrust. It's almost like the engine is coughing. It doesn't seem to have the same trigger every time, it seems random. Also when it does those things the engine temp gauge goes crazy and jumps all over the place and rpm goes up and down by 250 rpm. I'm lost here, all input is greatly greatly appreciated

After some searching the answer here was that the timing belt was off. It fixed everything
