changing t-mission fluid

my 96 blazer,,i bought it with alot of miles and i have no clue about when the t mission fluid was changed?? is it true its supposed to be evry 60k miles????? since i changed my oil today is it smart to go ahead and change the transmission fluid??? also what other things should i change

Oil loses it's viscosity over time and also becomes contaminated also, so yes, change the tranny oil and filter.
All the fluids should be changed as suggested by the owners manual.
Engine oil, transmission oil, transfer case fluid, differential oil, engine coolant, p/steering fluid andbrake fluid.
That's all part of good vehicle maintenance.
