Default code p0300

I have a '96 Blazer. I did an intake manifold gasket and when i turned it on for the first time I noticed the idle was real choppy. code p0301 popped up. So i did the timing and now Code P0300 is showing. The idle isnt as bad. What could my issues be. There was a couple back fires but went away. Please help! thanks
And now the p0300 code is coming up. P0301 came back on

I should as some more info. It reads P0300 then P0301 back and forth never both at the same time. I have pulled and checked the plugs and wires and also switched them around it seems that even though the #1 wire and plug are getting spark. That cyclinder dosent seem to be firing when I drop each plug wire the motor idle drops off except when I drop #1 more keeps the same idle. Could this be my new intake leaking? Or another problem? I sprayed carb cleaner under the air cond bracket and under the air intake onto the intake manifold but no difference though its hard to get carb cleaner under there.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I COULD CHECK!!!

Pull the #1 plug, is it wet or dry? Sorry, I know you checked it.. but does it seem wet, or totally dry

It's most likely a vacuum leak. Possibly in the intake manifold, or a hose is off???
