Lightbulb Constant Belt noise

So this is my first car that wasnt a VW and ive typically learned all car things my self

So right now im working with a 98 blazer and ive changed the belt tensoner like most things say. but im still getting an annoying *** noise and now my cars starting to have issues starting sometimes if i apply the gas its good, but i feels like a power issue too, ive changed the pump about 2 years ago, but unfortunatly so was the filter, so i need to take care of the filter atleast, but other than that, is there suppose to be a bolt or some type of fitting over the ac pump that i may be missing? some one with a 98 blazer ls that could possibly show me what their ac pump looks like from the belt front angle would be awesome. other than that i am to suspect that either my battery and alternater are weak and are going out.
I found this car 2 years ago and it was dead and i got it for quite a bargon ended up being a new spider system, that was fairly easy to replace.

Thank you for hopes in any future advice

How about your idler pully squealing. Its between the alt and A/C compressor at top of belt. And as far as the power issues have you had the alt. tested to see if it working properly????? Few things that cause a squeal. I have a 98 if you really need a pic

also if something isnt lined up correctly it will cause a squeak. i didnt push a power steering pulley on all the way once, it was barely off and made a heck of a noise

if it was cold, humid or rainy/moist out my belt would make the squeak, everything was checked and within spec. i changed it out to a goodyear razorback belt. better than a conventional and my squeak/ squeal went right away and its been about a year so far so soon

at work we put ajax (the white powdery cleaner stuff) on the belts if they are making noise due it sitting out all night during rain or whatever if the belts and pulleys are ok. happens all the time with moisture in the air along with squeaky brakes.

but the ajax just absorbes the moisture on the belt and shuts it up
