Default Cool Weather Starting Problem

My 97 Blazer has trouble starting in cool (around 30+) weather. The engine just cranks and cranks until the battery drains. To get it started,I have to hook up a batter booster, pump the pedal and holdit to the floor. There are no problems starting in coldweather (even sub-zero) weather. Once it starts, it runs smoothly and turns on for the rest of the day. I had it in to 2 mechanics and they can't find the problem. Would like to be sure of the cause beforereplacing partsunnecessarily. Any ideas?

Bruce
