Default cylinder two misfire

I have a bad misfire on number two cylinder. Replace injector, switched plug with another cylinder, tried a new wire. It's getting spark, not sure if it could be a weak spark though. Can't figure out the problem. Was thinking about trying a fuel pressure leak down test. Any suggestions?

Could a fuel pressure leak cause just cylinder two to through a misfire code? After around two minutes my fuel pressure is below 50psi.

A leaky fuel injector will cause excessive fuel pressure leakdown, and a misfire, and negative fuel trim numbers. You'll need to make sure the fuel pump is not leaking down first. Then narrow it down from there.
