Default Distributor Vibations

My wife's 2002, Extreme has a bad vibration comming from the distributor. It's mostly on start up but it will also do it when she comes to a stop. Any idea what may be wrong? What do I need to do to fix this? We've never had any problems with this Blazer before. It's got 64,000 miles on it now.

BTW,
It's got the 4.3 Vortec V6.

Default RE: Distributor Vibations

How have you determined that it is a vibration from the distributor? Is there a noise associated?
