Default Engine Mounts.

Hey guys, what are the signs of bad engine mounts? Everytime I accelerate, not flooring it, but just normal, I hear this grinding sound in the front passenger side of the truck. It's kind of like a vibration sound almost. It also does it everytime that I am parked on a hill, and then pull out, and start accelerating up the hill. To go up the hill, it does it at the slowest speed possible. Like 5, 10, or 15mph. And then after it does it when accelerating, it finally goes away after I have reached a certain speed.

Default RE: Engine Mounts.

my trucks doing the same thing, although there is a clinging noise coming from the transfer case (when the truck is idling and running) which is weird.

i took it in to get checked out, but the mechanic didnt have any idea what it could be...

but, i am in need of new mounts as well apparently.

let me know if you figure out what your problem is.
