Just bought 2002 Blazer 4 x 4 with no engine and 99 Blazer with I hope a good engine. The swap went fine except for the EGR. The 99 Blazer engine that I installed has and EGR, and of coarse the 2002 Blazer has no hookup on the wire harness .my question, can I leave 99 Blazer manifold in place with the EGR unwired ;or do I have to swap out to the 02 manifold? Thanks a lot for any help I can get. Damn old Yank

 

Leave it the way it is. You could always pull it off and make up a block off plate for the hole, just in case the one on there is partially open which will give you a poor idle.
