Default engine "ticking" and low oil pressure

Hey everyone, I have a 2001 blazer with about 100,000 miles. I am trying to figure out whats with this ticking i've been hearing. Overall its runs good, but after it warms up the engine starts ticking and the oil pressure drops when idling, not sure where the ticking is coming from, but it sounds like the top. It makes no noise after starting cold, only after about 10 minutes driving. Also I noticed there is a small oil leak somewhere, I havent figured out where yet. Any suggestions??

What does the pressure drop to and what weight oil do you use? Ticking is probably a lifter which isnt good at all.

I use 10w30 hoping the thicker oil would help, but didnt. The pressure drops to around 20 when idling and the ticking gets louder when this happens.
