Default Feels like some things dragging

When i come to a complete stop and then accelerate it feels like my brakes or dragging and then goes away and its still in first. i just looked at the rear and front brakes and they look ok not really worn down if they were sticking

some times it doesn't do it but most of the time it does

does any one know what could be causing this?

edit- i also recently had the p1870 code pop up but went away on my way to class this morning
