Fixed one thing now another issue?
So I was having problems with my 98 blazer starting, took it to a mechanic and noticed on the way there when cruising down the highway the rpms were jumping about half of 1 when just cruising. (like it was at 3, and without any pedal difference would go to 3.5 then 2.8 then 3 etc..). Mechanic said it was my spider injector and charged me a 950 which I felt was way overpriced but was past my level of expertise to fix and the only mechanic I could get it to at the time. Now it starts right up but still is doing the RPM thing and if I take it back to the mechanic they charge and im out of money.
Any recommendations? It does need a tune up from sitting for about 6 months and barely driven since someone busted my windows out one night. I was thinking spark plugs but dont know how to get to #3, and was qouted the stupid price of 300 for them to do it.
I am so out of money its not funny and my other car is starting to crap out and I dont feel safe having my 2 year old in it anymore.
Thanks guys!

On my isuzu hombre I had to carefully break the porcelain with an extension to get a short socket on it, when I put it back in I fingered it in as much as i could, and tightened it with a 1/4 ratchet deep socket (only one I could make fit) But you have to go through the wheel well.
