Fluid coming from drivers side

Fluid coming from drivers side
I have a '97 Blazer 4x4 and lately I have noticed some fluid coming out from near the driver's side wheel. It is clear and definitely not antifreeze, trans fluid, or oil. I have been told that the water drainage from the AC is on the right side, and on top of that I haven't ran the AC in a while (I live in Michigan). Anyone know what this is?
