Default fuel pumps

I am looking at fuel pumps to replace the one in my 2001 blazer. They are all about $250 and something. I looked on the internet at www.car-stuff.com/carparts/chevroletblazer19952002replacementus-747-2271.html

any way this show a fuel pump, filter screen, connector wires, o-ring seal, and I think a dampner. But it sells for $62.05. Has any one used this fuel pump? Does anyone know how to disassemble the fuel pump assembly on a 2001 blazer? They are selling the pump only and not the entire assembly.

Default RE: fuel pumps

As has been discussed many times here (and verified) if you install any fuel pump other than AC/Delco in our trucks, you will be replacing it again sooner rather than later. These aftermarket pumps that are soooo much cheaper than OEM are priced that way for a reason. Do yourself a favor and stick with an AC/Delco pump.
