Default gauges not working.ECM?

to make a long story short i have 2000 gmc jimmy had to remove ECM to put a new coolant tank on it was off for about a week and when i put it back on none of my gauges work except (of course) volts and oil pressure and check engine light also my overhead compass/mpg gauge does not work either just wondering if i should get a new ECM or get it flashed again.I tried disconnecting battery for thirty minutes for it to do a "relearn" but to no avail.checked fuses and the ones that didnt light up i changed but still dont light up for example my cigar lighter fuse wont light up when tested even when i activate the lighter but the cigar lighter works perfectly.

thank you for reading and as always ANY help is greatly appreciated.

Default

dont want to bump but im really really stumped and i would like to find a solution for this. also when started the jimmy runs really rough and spits black smoke for about 5 mins and then smoothes out somewhat and then while its idleing sometimes it acts like it wants to die out but doesnt and if you press the gas and let off quickly it dies you have to gradually ease off the pedal for it to idle back down. When i shift from park to drive or vice versa it wants to die.

i would worship whoever helps me out on this.lol

would a video be better for yall to answer my q's?
gonna post one anyway.

this forum is awesome!!
