Default Going in and out of 4 wheel drive.

Hey everyone I'm new here and looked around before posting and couldnt find anything like it. The sound comes and goes and comes from the front right corner sort of. It's a metal on metal clicking sound at low speed and high pitch whine at 60+ but if I slow down to almost a stop it stops but will start up again. I have changed both wheel bearings , half shafts and just changed 4x4 actuator and a quick check on leaks. I have jacked up the front end and spun the wheel which has resistance and barely moves ( not moving freely). When I spun the wheel the shaft for the front end spun and fluid level is good. Please help anyway you can and THANK YOU!!!!

Thanks -Jake
