Default Hard "Hot" Starting

Got a question on my 97 LS 4.3l auto that has had hard starting issuses since I got it about 3 yrs ago.

In the morning, whether it is -10 or 100 out, she will fire on like the first crank. I'll get her up to temp and go do what I gotta do. Then I'll park it. Go do what needs done, and say anywhere from 30 mins to up to about 1.5hrs, I come back to the car and try to get her to fire. Everytime she will just sit there and turn over for about 4 secs and I shut it off, turn the key back on and she fires right up like it does cold. Now I have replaces plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, and fuel filter about 5,000 or 8,000 miles ago and she still does it. Doesn't seem to affect performance but does feel a little sluggish when going up hills. The engine isn't throwing any codes. The only thing I can think of it a bad fuel pump or a clogged cat.

I'm open to any suggestions and help that you have. Thank you in advance.
