Default Has fuel, Has Spark, Will not start

Hello everyone. I have a 1997 Chevy blazer with the 4.3 vortec 80k miles on her.
So far she has been a farm truck until this year when I started taking her to school.
The other day she didn't want to start whatso ever. just cranked cranked cranked and cranked.
I replaced to try to fix this the fuel pump assembly, (drained the tank and cleaned it) getting 62ish psi on crank, sparkplugs (replaced with acdelcos), new plug wires, rotor(cap was presumed good), new ICM ( with new thermal grease), New coil, New crank sensor, new ignition switch under the steering Colum.
All this and she didn't want to start. Then I replaced the cap and she started after a few cranks. Drove her to the gas station and put some shell in her.
Then she sat for a day and it rained,
Now she wont start whatso ever again.

Any Ideas? I don't want to keep throwing parts at her.

Sounds like the cam sensor retard is off and the rotor in the distributor is not pointing exactly where it should. This would presumably be why replacing the cap with a new one (no previous internal electrical mis-tracking) caused it to start and then moisture from rain subsequently caused a problem again. It's fairly common for the distributor gear on these engines to get really worn out and this causes a no-start or performance problem. But first make sure spark is coming out of the coil during cranking. As for the cam sensor retard, easy to do a prelimnary check - just turn the rotor back and forth and see if there is play. If there is play, pull the distributor and look at the teeth. Don't forget to mark where the rotor is supposed to point and then don't turn the engine with the distributor out. If your gear is worn out, just get a cheapo billet distributor off the Internet or from Summit Racing for it - about $50. If your gear is not worn out, come back and we will work with you. Good luck.

I replaced the cap and she worked wonderfully, then my dad being the man he is drilled into the wiring harness for the fuel pump when he was reattaching the floor panel we removed to get to the fuel pump. The fuel pump after that was not putting out any pressure what so ever.
I removed that pump and replaced it with a Delphi, spliced the new plug on the wiring harness removing the damaged chunk.
Wired as follows following the old pug exactly,
orange to black
purple to purple
grey to grey
black to black

Is there a fuse to check? I cant find a underhood fuel block and I checked the driver side door panel block and found nothing blown. I also checked the relay in the glove box and replaced it to no change.
if it helps the fuel gage is stuck way past F when the key is turned on.

Thanks,
