Had work done to get 2004 LT running right. Had to replace the spider, mass air flow sensor, fuel pump and new catalytic converter. Initialy went in to get O2 sensor replaced...I believe its the one on drivers side before catalytic converter. Replaced spider with a new one and still no change. getting 10MPG now. Please help with info for a fix

when was the last time that you did a tune up? cap, wires, plugs, rotor, oil and air filter?
did you ever get the O2 sensor replace? usually when one starts to go out, the rest are not far behind. keep us posted.
EDIT: and welcome to the forum.

no have not done any of that yet. i have the fluid called c-foam. that i am going to try out. and that cleans everything as well , injectors and so on, not very mechanically inclined in that matter for checking rotor and cap, and wires

cap, rotor and wires can be done by just about anybody. you just have to pay attention to what goes where when you do it. and use AC Delco parts.
a video that i found on youtube real quick. if you do the wires, which you probably should, just do one at a time so you dont have to worry about messing up the order. they should come with dielectric grease that you put on both ends of the wires so that when you need to change them again, they come off easy.
some people say that you are suppose to put some dielectric grease on the inside of the cap on the contacts. i for one have never done that and still dont do that...but thats just me. the point that is made with doing that is that its suppose to make the contacts last longer because they dont corrode as fast...
