Default Injector or Fuel Pump Issue PLEASE HELP

I have a 93 S10 Blazer CPI 4.3 Motor. Vin W.
When starting up it gives off white smoke, but goes away right away, and when i take the gas cap off a ton of pressure is released. Im thinking that its the Vapor Canister? anyone have experience with that?

When driving it shakes and sputters during acceleration and up any inclines. NO check engine lights. So its not an emissions thing if there isn't a CE light?

Replaced Fuel Filter, Air Filter, PCV Valve and Hose, in October the spider injector was replaced along with, the throttle body, the fuel pump (it may have been aftermarket), spark plugs and wires, distributer and distributer cap.

NOTE, I have been looking in the Haynes manual, and i seem to be missing something on the Throttle Body, They call it the TV Cable.. Throttle Valve Cable? Could that cause all this?

White smoke usually meens coolant in the block, or its just water vapor. Have you checked the coolant levels? Look under the oil filler cap, does it smell like coolant? Does the exhaust smell like coolant? You may have a bad intake gasket.

No it doesn't smell like coolant. The level is up to full. I work for Valvoline so all my lubricants and fluids are checked daily. I had a Coolant flush done about 2 months ago. Im due for an oil change in 200 miles and the oil looks like i just put it in yesterday. I was told that the chugging problem may be the spider injector.

UPDATE: I just had my exhaust redone and it fixed some of the severity of the sputtering, but not all. Also when removing the gas cap, pressure isn't released anymore. White smoke still occurs when starting when engine is cold.
