Default Intake Manifold / Head Gasket Replacement

On my 2001 4.3L Blazer with 4WD, I am in currently replacing the Intake Manifold Gaskets. It occurred to me, that while I am going this far, maybe I should replace the head gaskets as well. I don't believe there are head gasket issues (no sign of water in the oil, no excessive smoke, no loss of power) but the vehicle does have a 200+ thousand miles on it. Would it be worth the additional time? Anyone have any thoughts on this. Thanks.

My thinking is if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm not sure if the head bolts are a one time shot but if there are no problem symptons, I'd leave it alone.

I think that is going to add quite a bit of effort and probably more trouble than it's worth at the moment. Plus, with over 200k on the clock, why stop there? Might as well pull the block while you are that far into it... See where I am going?

Default Sticking with the intake manifold gasket only.

Thanks for the response. I agree with both of you, but thought I check and see if anyone else had other ideas.
