Default Jimmy tranny issues!!!

Hello! I have a 97 Jimmy 4.3l v6 4x4 with auto trans!! The ses light came on and I noticed I only had 2nd gear!! I went and pulled the codes and it said shift selinoid a electrical.. so I dropped the trans pan and replaced what I thought was shift selonoid a!! It is the one on the passengers side correct?? And is there anything else that could be causing this issue?? Any info/help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance!!
