my blazer wont startt?

Default my blazer wont startt?

my 97 blazer runs good but if i let it sit for a few days it wont start and i have to jump it.. it trys to turn over but it wont start? if i jump it and run it a little itll start that day everytime and the day after but the day after that i need to jump it again. any ideas?

Check the battery? Maybe you have loose connections somewhere?

Might have a bad fuel pump.. mine went out last wk. & Its gunna cost me 700 to get it replaced... :/

That included the tow from my work & to do the whole "Fuel Pump Module"?? I trust the guy w/ my vehicles thou.. I'd do it myself but I don't have the time.. It'd be a hella lot Cheaper.. :/ if your's is out & you do it your self make sure you getta delphi pump. I read on here alotta the generics crap out after a couple months.

^^^ac delco or delphi for the win.


to the Op. if the battery is dead after a few days,something is draining your battery. Time to do some testing etc. on random stuff.

As a wise man once gave me some of the best troubleshooting I've ever heard. K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid... haha aka start w/ the simple stuff first..

I had same problem on both of my Jimmies. Check the lights on the sunvisor mirrors. Mine stayed on when the covers were closed and you couldn't tell the light was still on. Just disconnect them. There is a connector inside where the visors are screwed to the overhead.
