Get a mechanics stethoscope and try to track down the location of the squeal. That will help as there are 100's of things on a car that can squeal. (Bearings, tensioner, pumps, etc.)

So it still does it even with the belt off? Does it do it in all gears (ie park, reverse, neutral, drive, ect). Can you tell if its coming from the motor or the tranny?

Pull off the PCV valve and see if the squealing continues.

Hope you find the problem... And capitalization/punctuation helps people read your questions/concerns better. No ones likes run-on sentences.
