Welcome!

And that really depends on your specific question. Have a look around.

sorry about my user name guys I am actually a ford man but my father in law has a blazer and I work on regularly so I figured I would join a forum for blazers. Although I might get a blazer one day I kinda like them but there's my story.

And as to my specific question, I have a few problems so it's hard to be specific but as I am new to this forum I am just trying to get used to the navigation. Now I am not trying to promote anything but if any of the mods happen to look at this post might I suggest taking a look at www.crownvic.net because the set up is a little different and might be something to give you some Ideas. For example there we have a BOK (body of knowledge) that includes diagrams and all sorts of threads based off regular service methods.

Once again I am not trying to promote anything I am just giving my two cents. This is a fine forum though I'm not bad mouthing it.

But to my tech question...

I am working on a 95 blazer with 4.3 central injection and we have changed the plugs, cap, rotor, map, tps, pickup sensor (under rotor), IAC, and some vacuum lines. Now the problem is rough idle, hesitation, black smoke, very hard start, and the engine light is working but is not on indicating to me that it is not throwing a code. I think that it is in the temperature sensing meaning that I think that it is not adjusting the mixture properly think that it is a different temperature than it is. I had this problem with a 97 chevy express and the coolant temperature sensor was telling the computer that it was -65F so it was dumping all the fuel into the mix this was cured with a new computer, flash, and sensor.

What do you guys think.
