This implies multiple failures if your testing was done right. Not impossible but not the most likely scenario. I am attaching the wiring diagram to get us on the same page.

Check the ign A fuse and if thats good, swap the starter relay with a known good relay.

Got the 12 at crank fuse jumper wire had 12 at the safety switch ING a fuse is good not blown swapped the relays around multiple times gonna be Saturday before I can get back to it got a lot going on tomorrow and Friday with my sons baseball team I coach but I was thinking about dropping the cross member and making sure nothing is pinched around the top of the bell housing but I'll double check everything and let you know what I find Saturday and I appreciate all you help so far

The next move is to place the fused jumper on the ppl/wht wire on the NSS.

Did the purple with with line still nothing but have 12v when trying to start

When you say jump it with a screw driver do you mean shorting the large starter stud to the solenoid terminal?

Yes it will engage and turn over by doing that but not getting fuel or spark to start

So not only will the starter not crank with the key in the start position but even if the key is in the run position and you hot wire the starter the fuel pump and ignition do not work?

Right starter only works when jumped and no fuel or spark pumps not kicking on and done tired to prime it from fuse box nothing there got a guy coming Saturday with a scanner to see what we can find cause before I swapped the trans it crank and ran perfect after I replaced the fuel pump and starter

Do you have 12v for two seconds at the fuel pump priming tab at key on?

Do you have 12v on the pink wires at the icm and coil at key on?
