Default Not a Blazer but a 4l60 problem just the same

06 Tahoe, I know it's not a Blazer, don't shun me lol

Here's what I know, NO power to pin E of connector. IgnO 10 amp fuse is good, pink wire at plug no power.I found it is circuit 1020. No time to run down the entire circuit and I don't have an electrical diagram.
So my question is this,,,, Can't I just run another fused 12v source wire to pin E of the 4l60 plug ? Shouldn't that give me power back to all my solenoids ?
Is there any adverse effect to this type of remedy ?

Thanks for any and all replies Preciatit !!

It looks like a pretty simple circuit, so I would think that would work. I would make sure to remove the terminal at the plug and use a new one for the "new" circuit to avoid any future issues with feedback through the original circuit.

You might want to wait for somebody who knows more than I do, though.

Yes you can run 12v from a fused circuit that only is powered when the key is on. Cut the wire that is going to PCM.

Ok well I have issue still. Ran new circuit and it shifts 1 time then blows 10 am fuse.I moved my circuit to a different spot, same thing.I have these codes po758,po740,po753,po785. I replaced both a nd b solenoids with new GM before I did the new circuit.
Do I have a shorted internal harness ?
