Default Oiling dirt roads for free

Hello, new here.I was rock crawling yesterday and i sprung a massive oil leak, I managed to get out of the woods and back on to a road just as my steering also died fml .Oil was leaking from the winch to the transfer case, flat bed and 200 bucks lighter I was home. In the morning I checked the steering fluid and it was fine, the engine is not seized but all the oil was gone! What happened

massive oil leak....hmm...


Telling us where would be amazing. Pictures would be even better. Better yet put a coupla quarts in the motor,start it up and then take pictures while its pouring out.
